1. No Returns or Refunds

All products sold on our website are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been purchased and delivered.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Customers may request an exchange for a different product.

  • Price Range: The new product must be within the same price point as the original product, not exceeding $2 more than the original purchase price.

  • Time Frame: All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • Approval: Exchange requests are subject to approval based on eligibility and product availability.


3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us by filling out the form on our Contact Us page.

We will review your request and respond as promptly as possible.


4. Additional Information

  • Exchanges are limited to one exchange per original purchase.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason.

  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
